    Glad I re-read this post today because I have been sabotaging my best Fuck-It efforts in this first week of my journey. I can’t get the daily calorie tally (if only an estimate) out of my head! And I can’t seem to stop feeling guilty at the end if the day and inspecting my body for weight gain in the morning. What a nightmare. I have been trying to sit with the anxiety when I do eat, but I didn’t think it would be this much of a struggle! I thought, “hell yeah, I can eat!!, it’s all downhill from here”. NOT
    I’m not giving up. Do you think you can do a post about some of your emotions when you first made the switch? These are the details and experiences I’m feeling very alone in.
